Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant/Realtor to join our hybrid real estate and appraisal office. This unique role combines traditional real estate support with the operational needs of an appraisal firm. You will be responsible for keeping both sides of the business running smoothly—supporting property transactions while also managing the organization, scheduling, and documentation involved in the appraisal process.
This position does not involve performing appraisals, but it plays a critical role in supporting appraisal operations through record-keeping, coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations across both real estate and appraisal functions
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for property showings, inspections, and appraisals
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client files, transactions, and appraisal reports
- Act as a central point of communication between clients, agents, appraisers, lenders, and vendors
- Assist with real estate marketing efforts, including listings, promotional materials, and social media
- Ensure all documentation is properly tracked, compliant, and easily accessible
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and guiding clients through both real estate and appraisal-related processes
Experience
- Experience in real estate, appraisal offices, or property management is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, databases, and digital file management tools
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and record-keeping
- Having a Real Estate License is a major upside to it as there is portential for greater income.
