The Motor Company is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Administration/Receptionist team member to serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. This position plays a key role in supporting daily dealership operations by managing cashier’s office responsibilities, assisting customers, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to multiple departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
- Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer communications.
- Support accounting, sales, service, and management teams with administrative tasks.
- Maintain customer information and dealership records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with vehicle paperwork, registrations, and other dealership documentation as needed.
- Perform general office duties, including copying, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
- Support special projects and other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
