Role Description

We’re hiring for part-time AND full-time, on-site roles for a Physical Therapist based in Oro Valley, AZ.

Pay ranges from $84k-100k plus benefits for full-time work.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients to promote recovery, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities include working closely with patients to assess their needs, providing hands-on therapy, educating patients and their families about treatment plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. Collaboration with the team to ensure the highest level of patient care will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and practices
• Experience in orthopedic PT.
• Strong understanding of medical principles relevant to physical therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree, and a valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes
• Prior experience in an outpatient or clinical setting is a plus
• New grads can apply if willing to undergo an orthopedic residency under mentor Seth Peterson, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, FAAOMPT.
