We create luxury event signage and custom event details for weddings, corporate events, and high-end celebrations, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in making sure every order is packaged with care and arrives looking flawless.

As our company continues to expand, this role has the opportunity to grow into a Shipping & Receiving Manager position, leading our shipping department and helping develop processes for our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Inspect every finished product before it ships
- Clean acrylic, wood, and other materials to remove fingerprints, dust, and debris
- Perform quality control to ensure every item meets our standards
- Package finished orders carefully to prevent damage during shipping
- Label, organize, and prepare shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
- Communicate any quality concerns before orders are packed
When shipping is caught up or on slower days, you'll also assist our production team by:
- Assembling products
- Applying vinyl or graphics
- Helping prepare projects for production
- Assisting wherever extra hands are needed throughout the studio
