Join us as a Maintenance Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities. You'll oversee or support project coordination, contractor management, cost control, facility materials, and safety, ensuring smooth plant operations. If you're ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoSupport facility per reactive maintenance by identifying materials or services needed and oversight of maintenance personnel and planning when required. Work with vendors to ensure material orders are fulfilled, funding, and relations are maintained.Assist project implementation by selecting contractors, managing contracts and budgets, and coordinating field activities with project and facility management members.Lead facility maintenance planning and execution by defining scope/job plans, coordinating activities, managing budgets, and tracking progress of day-to-day facility maintenance and ongoing projects.Manage contractors for supplemental and specialty maintenance work, including bidding, requisitions, overseeing contracts and expenses, and coordinating field activities.Track and monitor maintenance tasks or assignments, budgets and preventative maintenance by utilizing SAP systems, job checks, and regular communication with onsite personnel.What you'll need:High School/GED5 years of experience in maintenance management1 years of Computerized Maintenance System experience with an ERP such SAPBonus points if you have the following:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related5 years industrial maintenance experienceWhat's in it for you:A competitive base salary bonus incentives11 paid holidays each yearA generous 401k with a company match and annual company contributionsPaid sick leavePaid vacation timeA robust benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, life & disabilityTuition reimbursementPaid Paternity/Maternity Leave#LI-KM1
