Maintenance Project Coordinator

What You’ll Do
- Support facility per reactive maintenance by identifying materials or services needed and oversight of maintenance personnel and planning when required. Work with vendors to ensure material orders are fulfilled, funding, and relations are maintained.
- Assist project implementation by selecting contractors, managing contracts and budgets, and coordinating field activities with project and facility management members.
- Lead facility maintenance planning and execution by defining scope/job plans, coordinating activities, managing budgets, and tracking progress of day-to-day facility maintenance and ongoing projects.
- Manage contractors for supplemental and specialty maintenance work, including bidding, requisitions, overseeing contracts and expenses, and coordinating field activities.
- Track and monitor maintenance tasks or assignments, budgets and preventative maintenance by utilizing SAP systems, job checks, and regular communication with onsite personnel.
- High School/GED
- 5 years of experience in maintenance management
- 1 years of Computerized Maintenance System experience with an ERP such SAP
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related
- 5 years industrial maintenance experience
