The Role
A confidential, Fortune 500-backed mortgage servicer needs 10 seasoned foreclosure pros to manage loans through judicial and non-judicial foreclosure — from document execution to sale bidding — and to represent the company in legal proceedings when it counts.
Day-to-Day
• Execute and review foreclosure documents against federal, agency, and investor timelines
• Calculate judgment figures, bidding instructions, and HAMP certifications ahead of sale
• Process attorney-prepared filings through the LPS system for sheriff's-sale readiness
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with the approved attorney network
• 2–5 years in default/foreclosure servicing (or 1–3 years with mortgage servicing software)
• Working knowledge of RESPA, FDCPA, GLBA, and FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA guidelines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; notary license a plus
• Sharp under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
