Bartender

• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer requests. 

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. 

• Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the drink menu, including ingredients and preparation methods. 

• Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed. 

• Compliance: Verify the identification and age of customers to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements. 

• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glasses and bar utensils. 

• Payment Processing: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. 

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly. 

• Event Support: Assist with special events or private parties as needed.

Experience and Education: 

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred. 

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Food handler and TABC licensing required. 

Working Conditions: 

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

• Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and teamwork.
