Enterprise Architecture Manager

The Enterprise Architecture Manager is responsible for leading major transformational initiatives across the technology organization. This role will oversee enterprise and solution architecture efforts, driving the strategy, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions aligned with business objectives. The position plays a key role in advancing innovation, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality technology services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise and solution architecture initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Provide leadership and mentorship to technology teams, fostering innovation and collaboration
- Drive adoption of technology standards, best practices, and compliance frameworks
- Partner with business stakeholders to assess needs and deliver scalable solutions
- Define and track SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for IT initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions for cost and performance
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Develop short- and long-term technology roadmaps
- Evaluate and improve enterprise technology ecosystem
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, documentation, and technical planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10 years leading enterprise technology teams across infrastructure, cloud, systems, and data
- 5 years in enterprise architecture or similar leadership role
- Experience designing scalable, secure enterprise solutions (cloud and on-prem)
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO, COBIT, etc.) preferred

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture across applications, data, and infrastructure
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
Compensation
Base salary range: $117,000 - $139,000, plus bonus eligibility. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
