The Momba Group is supporting one of our premier partners in the search for a
Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager
to join their Information Technology team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a pivotal role focused on driving strategic initiatives, delivering end-to-end projects, and translating business objectives into actionable process and technology solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, with proven experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, change management, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state workflows
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Build and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Serve as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams
- Support change management, communications, and user adoption
- Oversee SDLC phases: requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-launch
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- 1-3 years of Project Management experience
- Strong experience with SDLC and cross-functional project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Technical Skills
Required:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Microsoft Visio (process mapping & workflows)
- Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, FreshService, etc.)
Preferred:
- ITSM experience (FreshService or similar)
- Salesforce or other CRM exposure
- Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Canva or similar for presentations/communications

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
