The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will help deliver a world-class candidate experience for software hiring. The position partners closely with Recruitment Leads and Talent Acquisition Partners to support a seamless candidate journey.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, resolving conflicts and calendar changes to reduce disruptions for candidates and interview teams.
- Serve as the point of contact on interview days to ensure a smooth and welcoming on-site experience.
- Provide high-quality candidate care through timely and accurate communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Prepare and support documentation required during the interview process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in Workday and other platforms while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage candidate trackers and pre-employment screening results using Excel and Workday dashboards.
- Communicate scheduling challenges or potential issues to the recruiting team during the hiring process.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred; if no bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of HR experience is required.
- 1 years of experience in a professional office setting.
- Experience supporting recruiting activities, including interview coordination and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new recruiting tools and processes.
- Strong customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Administrative experience supporting multiple stakeholders, including executives and administrative partners.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using Workday as an applicant tracking system.
- Experience using automated scheduling tools such as Paradox.
- Previous experience supporting executive-level recruitment, ideally within large technology organizations.
- Experience facilitating pre-employment screenings for U.S. and Canadian candidates.
- Core hours: 8 am-4:30 pm or 9 am-5 pm EST
- Tuesdays - Thursdays in office (Warren, MI), Mondays and Fridays remote
