Part-Time Controller

$80,000-90,000 Annually ($65-$75/hour)

Ability to meet with founder 1-2x/month in Austin

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee Kruze (CPA Firm) which does accounting and taxes for the startup. The financials are prepared by Kruze, but will assist in the preparation.
- Financial Planning/Analysis
- Budget / Forecasting
- Cash management/treasury
- Due diligence readiness for ongoing fundraising efforts.
- Board meeting preparation - Assist with preparation for quarterly board meetings.
- Equity Management via Carta
- Some HR and Benefits tasks as needed
- Big Four CPA background required
- 4 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self starter who can plan ahead of the CEO

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
