Minko Law Office, a Brooklyn-based estate planning and elder law firm serving over 4,000 clients, is seeking a contract part-time attorney to join our team on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This role covers maternity leave for one of our team members, with the possibility of an ongoing or permanent arrangement for the right candidate.

Compensation: $55–$85/hour, commensurate with experience

- Drafting client amendments to existing trusts
- Preparing new trusts and wills
- Conducting client consultations
- Leading document review meetings
- Handling client phone calls and correspondence
- Active NY Bar admission
- Background in estate planning, elder law, or real estate strongly preferred
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
