A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Business Analyst to help support their business needs.
The main function of a business analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as an analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.

Responsibilities
- Identify process improvement and waste reduction areas
- Global focus
- Help manage the implementation of all change requests and enhancements to the Global Warranty Management (GWM) System
- Managed the sustainability of the GWM system
- Raise/track/escalate IT tickets to correct identified issues, or implement enhancements
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
- Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
- Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
- Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
- Set up project and work breakdown structures.
- Establish and document business processes.
- Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
- A bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or a relevant field is required
- 0-2 years of related experience required
- Ability to work off-hours to support Global Business Partners as required
- Continuous improvement experience is desired
