Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teaching staff
- Uphold program quality, safety, and compliance
- Build strong relationships with families
- Design and implement engaging, developmentally intentional lessons

Requirements
- Bachelor's in ECE or qualifying ECE credentials
- Classroom leadership experience
- Strong communication professionalism
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
