The Mitt is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Michigan team as Fiber Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll connect with customers in residential communities, introduce available high-speed fiber internet services, and help customers find options that fit their needs.
This role is a great fit for bartenders, servers, retail associates, customer service professionals, athletes, or anyone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No previous sales or telecom experience is required, we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you get started.
What You'll Do
- Connect with potential customers in assigned residential areas
- Introduce fiber internet services and explain available options
- Learn about customers' current internet needs and recommend appropriate services
- Answer questions and assist customers through the enrollment process
- Build positive relationships and provide a professional customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
