The Missouri Bar seeks a professional Administrative Assistant & Receptionist to provide front-desk coverage and administrative support across multiple departments. Duties include answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings and events, preparing documents, managing calendars and files, and assisting with travel, expenses, and special projects.

This position is located in Jefferson City, MO and will be in office full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of related experience (or equivalent combination). Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills required.
