Job Description:
Mission Essential is seeking a Lead OSINT Policy & Government Support candidate in support of a new and dynamic contract. The contractor shall lead and manage OSINT Policy & Governance support contractors in drafting new policies and procedures, revising existing ones, and ensuring they are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Duties include but are not limited to
*Lead policy research, development, and coordination across OSINT programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.
*Conduct risk and regulatory assessments
*Establish and sustain interrelated policies
Requirements:
*Twelve (12) years of experience and a Master's degree in Public Policy, Law, or related field required OR have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
*Experience in policy development, coordination, and compliance, preferably within government or intelligence settings
*Must have experience in the last two years in this field
*TS/SCI Clearance
