Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Commercial Generalist Account Manager to join our team, supporting a diverse book of commercial clients across a variety of industries. This position is anchored out of our Draper UT office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of client accounts from onboarding to renewal, including coverage analysis and servicing.
- Provide day-to-day client support, including handling endorsements, issuing certificates, and processing policy changes.
- Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers to market and place new and renewal business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring prompt, professional, and effective communication.
- Monitor client compliance with insurance requirements and assist with risk management solutions.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation within the agency management system.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3 years of experience in a commercial lines account management role, ideally with a variety of business types.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and carriers.
- Active P&C Insurance License required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
