Duties

- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to safety standards
- Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Coordinate with the catering department to plan and execute large-scale banquet events with precision and flair
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy service hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality

Experience
- Proven culinary leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining establishment
- Extensive banquet experience with a strong background in catering event management
- Supervising experience managing diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management within the food industry
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food safety practices
- Experience working in hospitality settings with a focus on exceptional customer service and food quality
- Familiarity with dietary requirements and accommodations within a restaurant or catering context
- Knowledge of food handling regulations, sanitation standards, and kitchen safety protocols
- Previous roles involving restaurant management or shift supervision are highly desirable
