Duties

- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork, skill development, and accountability.
- Oversee inventory management and control procedures to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and reduce costs while maintaining freshness and quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and health codes across all kitchen activities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production, catering, or restaurant management.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading diverse culinary teams with effective leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, dietary department procedures, and inventory control practices.
- Strong background in kitchen management including food handling, food service management, and inventory management systems.
- Exceptional cooking skills with expertise in menu planning, food preparation techniques, and culinary innovation.
- Experience managing banquet services or large-scale catering operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities such as shift management and resource allocation.
