Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Ontonagon, MI office. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, managing the branch budget, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate excels at building customer relationships, possesses strong business acumen, and has a proven track record of meeting operational and sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Direct all daily operational aspects of the branch, including administration, customer service, and facility management.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify local market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive the acquisition of new customers to achieve branch targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch personnel. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes high morale and exceptional customer service.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the branch budget, prepare financial forecasts, and review reports to ensure profitability and resource efficiency.
- Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations. Ensure prompt resolution of issues and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all branch activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal company policies. Maintain accurate records and submit regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in Banking/Retail, with a proven ability to lead teams and grow revenue.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong financial literacy and business planning capabilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local market conditions and regulatory compliance standards.
