Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional service in person, over the phone, and via email
Manage day‑to‑day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
Prepare correspondence and documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and assist with basic administrative tasks
Support advisors with clerical and organizational needs
Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Previous office, administrative, or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
