About the Role:
The Lead Bartender at Bourbon Steak is a motivated, organized, and passionate beverage professional who leads our bar team with expertise and creativity. You’ll craft exceptional cocktails, educate and inspire staff, manage inventory and beverage costs, and elevate the guest experience with your deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What you bring to the table:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant
- Exceptional communication skills
- Expansive food and beverage knowledge
- Experience in recipe development, inventory management, and staff education
- Experience in promotions and social media marketing is a plus
- Intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
- Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
