The Captain at Acqua Bistecca is a motivated and professional hospitality leader who mentors and motivates the service team to deliver exceptional food, wine, and service experiences. You’ll guide staff education, assist with tableside service, make expert wine recommendations, and ensure every guest leaves inspired. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining environment.

What you bring to the table:
- 5 years dining room experience with at least 2-3 years’ leadership experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume restaurant
- Exceptional communication skills
- Expansive food and wine knowledge
- CMS Level 1 certification or another service-based certification preferred familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a service POS
- Intellectual curiosity and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment
- Knowledge of state and local regulations around serving and selling alcohol
- Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
