Indexing & Imaging Associate ( Tues-Friday 10AM to 7PM) Sat 6AM-3PM

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Open mail using both electronic and manual opening devices
• Identify the contents of each envelope as either processable or not processable
• Prepare processable documents for scanning
• Put document pages in the correct order
• Insert admin sheets as needed
• Identify if documents are original or copies
• Fill out a batch cover sheet
• Scan documents into the company's workflow system using a desktop scanner
• Ensure that the electronic images are clear and that all pages were captured
• Release the document into the workflow system
• Store documents in batch boxes by date and batch number
• Audit batch boxes for errors before secure destruction
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass background check, fingerprint check and credit check
• Must be fully proficient in using the following Microsoft tools: Outlook, Word, Excel: data entry
• Must be able to use multiple screens to navigate multiple systems or windows concurrently
• Must be able to type 55WPM
• Prior experience in document processing, data entry or administrative services a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast- paced environment
• Comfortable working under a deadline
• Strong attention to details
