Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage dynamic 3-statement financial models and long-range forecasting tools
- Lead monthly financial reviews and performance analytics
- Develop executive- and board-level reports and presentations
- Oversee budgeting and annual planning cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Monitor internal business drivers and macroeconomic trends to assess financial impact
- Build pro-forma models and business cases to support growth initiatives
- Develop complex driver-based financial models for scenario planning
- Automate and improve reporting processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
- Own and evolve the organization’s long-range corporate financial model
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, investor relations, or corporate development
- Financial Modeling: Proven ability to build integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models
- Communication: Skilled at synthesizing and presenting complex financial insights to senior executives
- Technical Skills: Experience with financial planning and data tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
- Business Acumen: Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial drivers and planning best practices
- Personal Attributes: Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, results-driven, and calm under pressure
- Project Management: Organized and capable of independently managing multiple initiatives
