These executives are the cornerstone of our events, and their involvement is essential to delivering meaningful, high-impact experiences for all stakeholders.
The Conference Relationship Manager will conduct strategic outreach through a combination of phone calls, LinkedIn engagement, and market research to connect with top-tier executives across industries such as IT, Cybersecurity, Human Resources, Retail, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Success in this role requires collaboration across internal teams—including sales, business development, event production, and travel logistics—to ensure a seamless delegate journey and flawless event execution.

Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure C-level executives from Global 500 and Fortune 500 companies to attend targeted events.
- Develop and implement tailored outreach strategies for each assigned summit using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and quarterly performance targets (KPIs).
- Manage and nurture executive relationships, ensuring positive engagement before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with the Product team to curate agendas that align with executive interests and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems to track interactions and progress.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support exceptional event execution and delegate satisfaction.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of at least three in-person events per year.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, acting as a trusted representative of The Millennium Alliance brand.
