Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify maintenance needs.
- Execute painting and other projects with attention to detail and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a wide range of construction skills, painting, and general maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
