We’re Hiring: Sr Application Engineer – Wastewater Treatment (Remote/MA or TX)

Role: Sr Application Engineer – Wastewater Treatment
Location: Remote (Preference: Boston, MA or Houston, TX)
Salary: Up to $125K 10% Annual Bonus
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct preliminary technical designs for new and upgrade wastewater treatment projects (Greenfield & Brownfield)
- Perform technical modeling and design using AutoCAD and P&ID
- Optimize project CAPEX and OPEX for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams: sales, engineering, and operations
- Support the standardization and customization of treatment system designs
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years of experience in wastewater treatment engineering
- Strong background in aerobic and anaerobic pre-treatment systems
- Expertise in equipment and operational cost analysis
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other technical design tools
- Solutions-oriented, organized, and collaborative
