The available position is a 4 day in-person, 1 day remote, role based in Dupont Circle (Washington, DC), conveniently located and metro accessible.

Role Summary
Serve as the key office administrator responsible for executive support, tenant communication as well as bookkeeping and property-related workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain bookkeeping workflows, AP/AR reporting
- Coordinate tenant communication, office space visits
- Manage vendor coordination and maintenance scheduling

Desired Qualifications
- 3–7 years of bookkeeping or administrative experience
- QuickBooks Online proficiency
- Real estate or property management exposure preferred
