The Mid-America Management Corporation is seeking a Leasing Consultant for one of our premier apartment communities in Noblesville, IN. Experience in leasing apartments preferred but we will consider candidates who have retail or sales experience and are looking to make an exciting career change.
Leasing Consultants are responsible for leasing apartments, marketing the property and maintaining positive resident relations.
Leasing Consultants will be asked to distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.
Leasing Consultants will represent the company in a professional manner at all the times. Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and value customer service.
