Job Name: Temporary Campus Parking Support
Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 25 hours per week
Assignment Dates: August 24 – September 14, 2026
Hours: Flexible within 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Michelle Martin Group (MMG) is seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Campus Parking Support Associate to support parking operations for a university client in Fredericksburg, VA.
This is a short-term, part-time assignment ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable
interacting with the public, and can easily use touchscreen technology.
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout the university campus using a golf cart
- Monitor campus parking areas
- Use a touchscreen device to issue parking citations
- Interact professionally with students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors as needed
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Follow established university parking policies and procedures
- Provide courteous and professional customer service
Qualifications
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Comfortable using touchscreen devices and basic technology
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor when interacting with the campus community
- Ability to follow procedures and exercise good judgment
- Must be available for the duration of the assignment
- Valid driver's license may be required to operate the university golf cart
Previous parking, security, campus services, customer service, public safety, or similar experience is helpful but not required.
This is a temporary assignment scheduled for August 24 through September 14, 2026. Candidates must be available to begin August 24.
