Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles to designated parking spots using clear communication and signage
- Assist visitors with parking inquiries and provide friendly customer service
- Monitor parking lot activity to ensure safety and adherence to traffic regulations
- Operate various types of vehicles including standard passenger cars, pickup trucks, and shuttle buses as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of parking areas, ensuring proper signage and safety measures are in place
- Use mobile devices or fleet GPS tracking systems to manage vehicle movements efficiently
- Follow safety protocols during manual handling, heavy lifting, and vehicle operation in all weather conditions
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating standard passenger cars and commercial vehicles such as pickup trucks or shuttle buses
- Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and fleet GPS tracking tools
- Ability to drive in adverse weather conditions safely and confidently
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with visitors and team members
- Familiarity with traffic regulations, air brake systems, manual transmission, and heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Prior experience with vehicle load & unload procedures, forklift operation, or warehouse experience is advantageous
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting using safe lifting practices and manual handling techniques
