We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office and determine their reason for their visit. Other job duties include answering phones and emails, entering information into our database, organizing files, creating billings, and handling company correspondence. You will also provide support for internal operations and assist with our clients’ requests. We prefer candidates who have experience in an administrative role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
- Perform clerical duties, maintain files, and organize documents
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and complete mail tasks
- Create billings, complete correspondence tasks, and handle clients’ payments
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent typing and proofreading skills
This position will be a part-time position (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm).
