Position Summary:
The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (“the Foundation”) is seeking top talent for its Insights & Engagement Lead position. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Employee Experience, this role plays a key part in understanding and improving how employees experience work at the Foundation. This position independently designs, manages and evolves enterprise listening approaches; translates feedback into actionable organizational engagement strategies; and drives cross-functional execution of initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, connection, clarity and alignment across the Foundation
