The Opportunity
We're seeking a Citizenship Program Coordinator to support global volunteerism and community engagement initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Citizenship and regional teams to deliver high‑impact programming, coordinate events, manage partnerships, and help scale the firm’s social impact.
This is an ongoing temporary role.
Key Responsibilities
Volunteer & Engagement Programming
- Lead coordination of the firm’s global volunteer seasons, creating both in‑person and virtual engagement opportunities across multiple regions.
- Host and execute volunteer events, particularly during major engagement periods in the spring and summer.
- Partner closely with regional teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia to promote participation and increase global community involvement.
Nonprofit Partnerships
- Maintain relationships with non-profit partners and identify new opportunities for employees to engage across diverse issue areas.
- Coordinate volunteer collateral logistics, including distribution of branded materials.
Platform & Content Management
- Build and update volunteer event pages, giving opportunities, and stories on Benevity (or similar CSR platform).
- Ensure all events and initiatives adhere to internal tracking requirements to maintain accurate participation and impact metrics.
Communications
- Draft internal and external communications, including event recaps for internal channels and public‑facing social media.
- Support storytelling efforts that highlight community impact across regions.
Special Projects
- Conduct research and contribute to wider Citizenship initiatives as needed to support the overall success of the program.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in community engagement, CSR, employee engagement, events, or non-profit program coordination.
- Strong communication, project management, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work across time zones and support multiple regional stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable executing in a fast‑moving environment.
