Simulation Data Operations Consultant (Contract)
Location: Palo Alto, CA or Seattle, WA (40 hours/week onsite)
Duration: 6‑month contract
Start: Immediate
We are seeking a Simulation Data Operations Consultant to support high‑volume simulation workflows. This role is suited for someone who thrives in structured, detail‑oriented environments and is comfortable with repetitive, quality‑driven work.
Responsibilities:
- Curate and validate datasets for simulation evaluations
- Maintain and own data quality standards across workflows
- Identify gaps in data requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them
- Become proficient in the simulation pipeline to triage issues
- Support analysis of generated datasets when required
- Improve workflow documentation and flag inconsistencies
- Advocate for process improvements that reduce manual effort
- Monitor performance metrics and drive quality enhancements
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of QA/QC principles
- 2–3 years of experience in data entry, annotation, labeling, or related fields
- Experience owning process quality or validation workflows
- Familiarity with Slack, GSuite, and Jira
- Background in tech, automotive, or simulation environments preferred
Salary : $35 - $45
