About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales of Flash Storage (SSD), DRAM memory modules, Embedded Peripherals, and AIoT system products across multiple vertical markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technology sales with proven success selling hardware and solution-based offerings into industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding technical and business requirements and recommending standard or customized solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to align sales strategies with market needs
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales agreements
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, forecasts, and customer feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology, industrial hardware, or embedded systems industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- General understanding of computer hardware products, systems, and functionality
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented professional able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and deliver effective solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
