As a Licensed or License-eligible Clinician, you'll deliver evidence-based counseling and case management to individuals receiving medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD). You won't do it alone — you'll work shoulder to shoulder with physicians, nurses, recovery coaches, and fellow behavioral health professionals to build treatment plans that support lasting recovery and whole-person wellness.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and continually refine individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling grounded in evidence-based practices.
- Keep clinical documentation timely and accurate in the electronic health record.
- Track client progress and adjust interventions as needs evolve.
- Coordinate care alongside medical providers, nursing staff, recovery coaches, and community partners.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and utilization reviews.
- Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment when the moment calls for it.
- Educate individuals and families on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and community resources.
- Uphold all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards, including strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, LADC I, or equivalent — or license-eligible and actively working toward independent licensure.
- Grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care.
- Behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment experience (preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
- Experience in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), MOUD, or other substance use disorder treatment setting (preferred).

$65,000 – $73,000
Plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of your first 95 days.
