As a Line Cook, you'll work alongside our Executive Chef and culinary team to prepare high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and speed. Your dedication and attention to detail will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities- Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies
- Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items according to recipes and company standards
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Properly store and rotate inventory
- Ensure food is prepared and plated with consistency, quality, and timeliness
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Restaurant Cook
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures
- Ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
