We're searching for an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary program and bring creativity, leadership, and operational excellence to our kitchen. This is an opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to take full ownership of a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant while helping shape the future of an exciting and growing hospitality group.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience in Mexican cuisine, a strong understanding of restaurant operations, and a passion for developing teams and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and oversee all food preparation and culinary operations
  • Create, develop, and refine menus that meet quality, creativity, and profitability goals
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Manage food and labor costs while maximizing operational efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, train, and inspire the kitchen team
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top culinary talent
  • Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and kitchen repairs as needed
  • Resolve operational challenges and guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Review and approve dishes before service to ensure excellence
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, scheduling, payroll, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Stay current with culinary trends while honoring the authenticity and integrity of Mexican cuisine
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance kitchen culture
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience preparing and leading Mexican cuisine in a professional kitchen
  • Proven success as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or comparable culinary leadership role
  • Experience leading high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operations
  • Outstanding kitchen management and team development skills
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs
  • Ability to identify problems, make decisions quickly, and execute solutions effectively
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of modern culinary techniques, trends, and best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and restaurant management software
  • Culinary degree or related certification preferred

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
