What You'll Do- Collect, sort, and wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish area
- Assist with kitchen cleanliness and support the culinary team as needed
- Properly stack and store cleaned items
- Help keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service periods
- Learn basic pastry and kitchen techniques while working alongside experienced team members
- Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude
- Professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
- Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Able to work well under pressure in a high-energy restaurant environment
- Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Previous back-of-house experience is helpful but not required
