Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00a-5:00p

Summary
Responsible for the identification, development, facilitation and evaluation of learning and professional development programs which maximize organizational and employee productivity, performance and engagement. Implements a complete range of solutions for learning and performance initiatives system-wide. Demonstrates a high-level of commitment to continuous improvement, program development and organizational service. Upholds the standards of the system-wide customer service program.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning & Development or related field or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below.
Minimum Three Years Related Experience.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and course development
Familiarity with E-Learning Content Authoring and delivery systems
Demonstrated competence as a proactive and responsive team player
Proven ability to effectively facilitate small and large group interactions
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high attention to detail and follow through
Able to meet tight deadlines
Preferred
Master’s Degree in Adult Learning & Development, Organizational Development or Human Resources related field strongly preferred
Experience in a health care setting
P hysical Demands: May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and walking. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents. Ability to use computer.
