The Details
Location: In-person at Country Club Plaza (Kansas City, MO)
Shifts: Night shifts (Full-time or Part-time)
Schedule Requirements: Weekends, Sunday, and Monday availability is mandatory. Holidays required.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Execute Exceptional Food: Master all stations on the line, maintaining strict adherence to our recipes, plating specifications, and portion controls.
Prep Like a Pro: We are a prep-heavy kitchen. You’ll be responsible for executing recipes, managing prep lists, and mastering FIFO food rotation to keep inventory fresh and lean.
Own Safety & Sanitation: Keep a tight, clean, and organized station. Strictly follow food safety procedures, temp logs, and health codes.
Drive Shift Success: Use open/close checklists to ensure seamless shift handoffs and effective time management.
Bring the Energy: Champion The Perfect Night Out culture by communicating clearly, stepping in to help your teammates, and maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Line Versatility: You’re qualified, confident, and comfortable floating between all line stations during high-volume rushes.
Thrives Under Pressure: You stay cool, focused, and organized when the screen is full and tickets are hanging.
Detail-Oriented: You hold high standards for sanitation, plate presentation, and prep quality.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods.
