What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook/Prep Cook position at Cameron 1 Inc?
Quail Run Health Care is a small geriatric nursing home that is looking to add an experienced large quantity cook to our team. We offer flexible hours to meet your needs. Our cook will be responsible for providing residents with nutritional meals, and be efficient in sanitary preparation.
Must be able to prepare and plate for 40 to 60 residents per meal in a timely manner.
Must be dependable with reliable transportation.
Able to prepare food according to procedures and standards.
Ensure compliance with all health code requirements.
Be able to respond to additional meal request.
Maintain a clean and neat work area.
