The Details
Location: In-person at Country Club Plaza (Kansas City, MO)
Shifts: Night shifts (Full-time or Part-time)
Schedule Requirements: Weekends, Sunday, and Monday availability is mandatory. Holidays required.
Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal
What You’ll Do
Own the Dish Pit: Wash, sanitize, and properly store glassware, dishware, fondue pots, utensils, and cookware.
Keep the Kitchen Moving: Get dishware and essential gear back to the cooks fast so service stays smooth.
Follow Cleaning & Safety Standards: Stick to food safety rules, chemical handling procedures, and sanitation expectations. Keep the area clean, dry, and hazard-free.
Help Out Beyond Dishes: Light prep support, shift opening/closing checklists, and general kitchen cleanliness (trash, sweep, mop).
Be a Team Player: Bring a great attitude, communicate clearly, and help your crew deliver The Perfect Night Out—every shift.
