The Medve Group, Inc. is seeking a Personal Executive Assistant. He/she will be expected to work directly with the owners and upper management team.
Duties:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Run errands, as requested
- Help with daily time management
- Communicate with business and personal vendors
- Creating/compiling reports
- Various other administrative related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Word & Excel
- Flexible schedule and ability to be on-call in short notice including some nights and weekends is necessary
- Must have own reliable vehicle for regular travel to and from owners home office in Dallas and corporate office in Irving
- English/Spanish bilingual is extremely helpful
