What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Account Executive position at The Medical Team?

Responsible for communicating goals and services of the Agency to the community.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with referral sources in the community.
Participating in the development of marketing and educational materials, and creating and developing new markets and services.


Qualifications-

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry.
  • Skills:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
o Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.
o Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and network effectively.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the home health care industry, Medicare regulations, and compliance standards is a plus.
  • Motivation: Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for promoting health care services and improving patient outcomes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition within the home health
sector. Utilize findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the community, ensuring
consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Community Outreach: Build relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to increase
awareness and referrals for our home health services.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and community seminars to promote services, educate the
public, and connect with potential clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key metrics, reporting results to
management, CRM and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and service
delivery, providing accurate information to potential clients.
1. Makes in-person and telephone contact with senior housing communities to obtain potential clients in need of Agency services.
a) Assists potential clients with obtaining State-funded services and or attendant care to ensure clients receive needed services.
b) Makes regular visits to referral sources to evaluate and discuss satisfaction with the Agency's services.
c) Maintains accurate and complete records of all contacts.
2. Works closely with other Marketing staff, Liaisons and Customer Service staff to promote Agency's services to assist community
members.
a) Understands and uses marketing material appropriately.
b) Works with Marketing team to develop marketing materials plan and ensures that all materials effectively sell our service.
c) Ensures the incorporation of diversity in all materials in accordance with company policy and procedures.
d) Assists in managing inventory of marketing materials and ensures all are up to date.
3. Tracks Agency's marketing efforts and champagnes.
a) Prepares and formats reports using data gathering techniques and established tracking standards.
b) Tracks and measures the effectiveness of marketing materials and relay findings to Senior Marketing team members.
c) Teaches, trains and coaches staff on effective use of marketing materials, new material release where appropriate.
d) Continuously learning about the target market and developing ideas to motivate potential clients to contract the Agency's services.

4. Participates directly in marketing efforts and business development of branch, as needed.
a) Participates in making calls on physicians and other members of the medical and social service community to communicate Agency
Services and capabilities.
b) Participates in community events/ special projects to increase Agency visibility in community.
c) Provides input on business potential to proposals for new business.
5. Participates in professional growth and development.
a) Participates in educational programs appropriate to position.
6. Fulfills additional performance responsibilities as assigned and as necessary.


Physical Requirements : Visual/hearing ability sufficient to comprehend written/oral communication. Ability to deal effectively with stress.


Working Conditions: Works in office areas as well as in client homes and in assisted and independent living facilities. Sits, stands, bends, lifts,
and moves intermittently during working hours. Interacts with clients, family members, staff, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc.,
under all conditions/circumstances. Is subject to hostile and emotionally upset clients, family members, staff, visitors, etc. under all
conditions/circumstances. Is involved in community/civic health matters/projects. May be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc.,
including exposure to HIV and hepatitis viruses. Communicates with the medical staff, nursing staff, and other supervisors. Maintains a liaison
with clients, their families, support staff, etc. to assure that the clients' needs are continually met.
