We have an exciting opportunity for a high-energy After Hours Staffing Coordinator (5pm-8:30AM) to join our team in the Livonia, MI! This position requires outstanding customer service skills, the ability to excel within a dynamic team environment as well as independently, and understanding of high volume, fast-paced business.
The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling staff and tasks for several locations and shifts to ensure all vacancies are filled quickly. Must be highly organized, able to work in a fast-pace environment, multi-task and have great attention to detail.
- Prepares Schedules and day-to-day tasks for staff for several locations
- Must have healthcare experience
- Monitors overtime and makes daily staffing adjustments according to census needs
- Maintains daily roster sheets for each shift
- Performs other clerical duties as needed
- Must be detailed with strong organizational skills
- Required to participate in on-call weekend rotation to manage staffing needs
- Rotational On-Call Requirement of after hours to ensure coverage of locations at all times
