Position Overview:
We are hiring a US-based Solutions Engineer / Technical Sales Support Specialist to bridge Sales and Engineering in delivering The Media Trust’s real-time ad scanning, malware detection, creative QA, and compliance solutions. You’ll be the technical partner to account executives and clients, from initial discovery and demo through integration, pilot execution, and onboarding.
This cross-functional role supports web and mobile platforms with our Media Scanner and Media Filter products. Depending on your strengths and client needs, it may focus on digital publishers, advertisers, adtech vendors, commerce media, or mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Solutions Support
- Collaborate with Sales during discovery, technical qualification, and solution mapping.
- Lead product demonstrations using Media Scanner, Media Filter, and related APIs and SDKs.
- Develop,present and execute integration plans, data flow diagrams, and proof-of-concept pilots.
- Customize scanning environments for clients' and prospects' account setups.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend effective product, integration and operating solutions
- Help define product market fit opportunities, prioritizing ICP and market priorities in conjunction with sales and CRO
Client Enablement & Integration
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Manage onboarding, sandbox environments, and deployment coordination.
- Deliver API and SDK documentation, implementation guides, and integration walkthroughs.
- Work with R&D and threat intelligence teams to resolve complex client issues.
Post-Sales Technical Guidance
- Support troubleshooting, technical escalations, and long-term client success.
- Train clients on self-service policy management, tag management, reporting, and scanning dashboards.
- Track feedback and recommend features to Product and Engineering.
Product Liaison
- Translate market and client feedback into product requirements and priorities
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in adtech, martech, mobile advertising, or digital publishing in a technical role.
- Strong experience with programmatic advertising (e.g., RTB, SSP/DSP flows, ads.txt).
- Solid grasp of campaign QA, ad verification, creative categorization, or brand safety.
- API and integration expertise (REST, XML/JSON, JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting).
- Experience working with malware detection tools or ad scanning platforms.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance tech.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with brand safety and ad quality platforms.
- Understanding of mobile app environments, ad SDKs, and emulator testing.
- Knowledge of COPPA, HIPAA, ATT, or mobile privacy guidelines.
- Experience with architecture diagrams software (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io).
